The face reading as old as the Chinese medicine and yet as relevant today as it was in the past and its use is cross cultural. The face reading is derived from the principle of the cosmic energies of the 5 elements and the yin & yang. Each feature on the face – the eyes, eyebrows, nose, mouth, ears, forehead, cheeks, chin, neck, hair and teeth reveals something about a person.

Each face is a map of our destiny – past, present and the future. Our face entails all the events, both down trend and the glory period. Each year of the life has a specific location on the face.

The face reading begins with the ears although the ears fall in the mid section of the face. The ears represent the childhood between births to the age of 14. A pair of well developed ears signifies success between the age 45 to 50.

In general, the face is divided into 3 sections. The upper section or forehead zone represents the teenage and early years of age 15 to 30. The forehead indicates the intellect and practicality of a person.

The middle section starting from the eye brow, followed by the eyes, checks and nose determines one’s fortune from the age of 31 to 50. The eyebrow shows one’s reputation, fame and temperament. For a married woman, the eyebrow is an indication of the spouse’s fortune.

Eyes are the window of soul. It speaks of one’s willpower, analytical ability and tolerant level. The owner of deep set eyes is one who is intense, possessive and yet observant.

The cheek tells of one’s power, leadership ad authority. In romance and marriage, the partner with more powerful cheeks is said to be in control of the other.

The nose represents the sense of self and the attitude to career matters. The nose is often referred to as the money box as it reveals the capacity of making money. The owner of a full tip but not large and well concealed nostrils is believed to be one who is capable of accumulating a huge fortune

The mouth is of course related to communication, appetites and sexual desire. In the mouth portion, the tongue and teeth are an indication of longevity. The gaps between teeth are very negative.

The chin is related to ones stamina and quality of life at age 60 to 70s.

Markings on face such as lines of vertical, horizontal, curves, veins, moles and other blemishes on the face have much meaning. Many black moles indicate an exposure to danger or health problem. One should not ignore the sign if a mole suddenly appears, change in shape, bleeds or darken.

The skin tone of different part of the face is an effectual indication on heath issues.

As one’s personality changes, the face feature will also change. As such the fullness, roundness, lines on your face can change as your situation, luck or health condition changes.

Having the knowledge of face reading is useful which could help better analyze and deal with individuals especially if you are one who meets many people. At times, some ups and downs of the destiny can be mitigate by facial surgery or a visit to an aesthetic doctor.
